Overview
This website is run by Western Jewelry. Wherever you read "we", "us" or "our" on this site, that means Western Jewelry. We make this website available to you — including all information, tools and services on it — on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions, policies and notices set out here.
Visiting our site or buying from us means you're using our "Service" and accepting these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with any additional terms and policies referred to here or linked from this page. They apply to everyone who uses the site: browsers, customers, vendors, merchants and anyone contributing content.
Please read them before using the site. If you don't accept them, you shouldn't use the website or our services. Any new features or tools we add later fall under these Terms too.

Our store runs on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell to you.
1. Online store terms
By accepting these Terms you confirm you're at least of legal age in the place where you live, or that you're of legal age and have given consent for any minor dependants to use this site.
- Don't use our products for anything illegal or unauthorised, and don't break any laws in your jurisdiction (copyright law included) while using the Service.
- Don't transmit worms, viruses or any destructive code.
- Breaking any of these Terms ends your right to use the Service immediately.
2. General conditions
We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Your content (payment card details excluded) may travel unencrypted across networks and may be altered to fit the technical requirements of the networks or devices it passes through. Payment card details are always encrypted in transit.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the Service, or any contact on the site, without our written permission.
Section headings are there for readability only and don't affect the meaning of these Terms.
3. Accuracy and completeness of information
We aren't responsible if material on this site turns out to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. It's general information only — don't treat it as your sole basis for a decision without checking better sources. Relying on it is at your own risk.
The site may include historical information, which by definition isn't current and is provided for reference. We can change the contents of the site whenever we like, but we're under no obligation to update anything, and keeping track of changes is up to you.
4. Changes to the Service and prices
Prices can change without notice.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice, and we aren't liable to you or anyone else for any such change, price adjustment, suspension or discontinuation.
5. Products and services
Some products or services are available online only. They may come in limited quantities, and returns or exchanges follow our Return Policy.
We do our best to show the colours and images of our products accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen displays colour faithfully.
We may — though we don't have to — limit sales of our products to any person, region or jurisdiction, and we may do so case by case. We may limit quantities. Product descriptions and prices can change at any time without notice, at our discretion, and we may discontinue any product whenever we choose. Any offer on this site is void where prohibited.

6. Billing and account accuracy
We may refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities bought per person, per household or per order — including orders placed on the same account, with the same card, or to the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to reach you via the email, billing address or phone number you gave us. We may also limit or refuse orders that look, in our judgement, like they come from dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to give us current, complete and accurate purchase and account details, and to update them promptly — including your email address and card details — so we can complete your transactions and reach you when needed.

7. Optional third-party tools
We may give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor and have no control over.
These are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties, representations or endorsement of any kind, and we accept no liability for your use of them. Using them is at your own risk and discretion — check the third party's own terms first.
Any new services, features, tools or resources we add later are also covered by these Terms.
8. Third-party links
Some content, products and services on our Service may come from third parties, and third-party links may take you to sites unaffiliated with us.
We don't review or evaluate those sites, and we're not liable for their content, accuracy, products or services, or for any harm connected to transactions you make with them. Read their policies before you engage with them, and take any complaints or questions about their products directly to them.
9. Comments, feedback and submissions
If you send us submissions at our request (a contest entry, for example), or send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or plans unprompted — by any channel — you agree we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them in any medium, at any time, without restriction. We're not obliged to keep them confidential, pay for them, or reply to them.
We may, but don't have to, monitor, edit or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or these Terms.
Your comments must not infringe anyone's rights — copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or otherwise — and must not be libellous, unlawful, abusive or obscene, or contain viruses or malware. Don't use a fake email address or pretend to be someone else. You're solely responsible for your comments and their accuracy; we take no responsibility for comments posted by you or any third party.

Except where the law requires it, we're under no obligation to update or clarify information on the site. No update date shown on the site should be read as meaning everything on it has been revised.

Beyond the other restrictions in these Terms, you may not use the site or its content:

Western Jewelry and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers and licensors are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any product bought through it, or from any other claim connected to your use of the Service or any product, including errors or omissions in content, even if we were warned it could happen. Where a jurisdiction doesn't allow these exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent that law permits.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Western Jewelry and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees against any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — brought by a third party because you breached these Terms or the documents they incorporate, or broke any law or infringed a third party's rights.
15. Severability
If any provision here is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it still applies as far as the law allows, and the unenforceable part is treated as removed. The rest of these Terms remain valid and enforceable.
16. Termination
Obligations and liabilities from before the termination date survive termination.
These Terms stay in effect until either you or we end them. You can end them at any time by telling us you no longer want to use our Services, or simply by stopping.
If we judge that you've failed — or suspect you've failed — to comply with any part of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. You remain liable for all amounts owed up to and including the termination date, and we may cut off your access to our Services or any part of them.
17. Entire agreement
If we don't exercise or enforce a right or provision in these Terms, that isn't a waiver of it.
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules we post on this site, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, replacing any earlier agreements, communications or proposals, spoken or written, including earlier versions of these Terms.
Ambiguities won't be interpreted against whichever party drafted them.
